01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fs77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the fs77 online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://fs77.io and all associated subdomains and services.
• "You", "the Player", "the User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the fs77 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created through the fs77 registration process.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any real-money staking activity placed through the sportsbook, casino, crash games, or any other wagering product on fs77.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds and qualifying bonus funds held in your fs77 account at any given time.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including the submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the fs77 platform.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or region from which access to fs77 is restricted or from which registrations are not accepted.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fs77 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. This agreement takes effect from the moment of your first access to the platform.

If you are using the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. fs77 shall have no obligation to verify whether any such authority exists.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the fs77 platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time a bonus or offer is made available to you.

03 Eligibility

Use of the fs77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fs77 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any wagering activity under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register for a player account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of fs77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request that is currently active on the fs77 platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be located in or resident of a jurisdiction from which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register and play using accurate personal information that corresponds to your government-issued identification documents.

fs77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

04 Account Registration

To access the real-money features of the fs77 platform, you must register for an account. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The maintenance of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid payment method registered in your name. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify fs77 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted using your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify fs77 immediately at [email protected].

fs77 reserves the right to decline any registration application, or to close an existing account, at its sole discretion and without being required to provide reasons for that decision, subject to fair treatment of any real-money balance held at the time of closure.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)

fs77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in order to verify player identity, confirm age eligibility, and prevent financial crime including money laundering and fraud. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. fs77 may also require KYC documents before processing deposits above specified thresholds.

The standard documents required for KYC verification include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, such as a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered mobile number.
• In certain circumstances, source-of-funds documentation may be requested to confirm the legitimate origin of deposited funds.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency: All transactions on fs77 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fs77 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any conversion of funds prior to deposit is the responsibility of the player and is not supported or facilitated by the platform.

Accepted Payment Methods: fs77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (UCB). These methods must be registered in your own name and match the personal details on your fs77 account. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the payments section of your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. During periods of high demand or for accounts flagged for additional review, processing may take up to 24 hours. fs77 does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, all active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account must be fulfilled or the associated bonus balance forfeited. fs77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

07 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

fs77 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are governed by the general terms in this clause as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is made available.

• Bonuses are awarded in Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the corresponding amount can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus Funds may only be used to place bets on eligible games or markets as specified in the promotion terms. Certain game categories, including but not limited to live dealer table games and low-margin bets, may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations.
• fs77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including offers that have already been credited to a player's account, if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or a breach of these Terms.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim a welcome offer more than once through the use of multiple accounts or referral self-abuse is a prohibited activity under Clause 9.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Any unused Bonus Funds remaining in an account after the expiry date will be removed automatically without prior notice.
• fs77 is not liable for any technical error that results in the incorrect crediting or non-crediting of a bonus. Players should contact support immediately if they believe a bonus has not been correctly applied.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the fs77 platform are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. These rules are accessible from within the game interface or the relevant sportsbook market. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Sportsbook: Bets are accepted subject to available markets, published odds, and applicable stake limits. fs77 reserves the right to suspend a market, void a bet, or limit stake amounts at any time without prior notice. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, applicable void and settlement rules will be applied as set out in the sportsbook rules document.

Live Casino: Games operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi are subject to the rules of those providers as displayed within each game environment. fs77 accepts no liability for disconnections, game interruptions, or errors occurring on the provider's server.

Slots and RNG Games: All outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within each game's information panel. Past game results have no bearing on future outcomes. fs77 does not manipulate RNG outcomes under any circumstances.

Crash Games: Crash games including Aviator operate in real time and results are determined by the game provider's certified algorithm. A player's bet is settled at the multiplier at which they elected to cash out, or at 1x if the game crashes before cash-out. Disconnection prior to cash-out is the player's risk and responsibility.

fs77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that was offered incorrectly due to a technical fault, or placed in a manner that constitutes exploitation of a system or pricing error.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fs77 platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in evading the single-account restriction.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or sportsbook results.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, payment processing glitches, or incorrectly offered odds for financial gain.
• Conducting matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic staking strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other financial crime.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including allowing another person to place bets or make withdrawals on your behalf.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the fs77 platform's backend systems, databases, APIs, or security infrastructure.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion order, or account closure that has been applied to your account or any account associated with you.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the fs77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, data compilations, audio, video, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of fs77 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to download, reproduce, redistribute, adapt, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of fs77.

Game content supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their licensing terms.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

fs77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering for an account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Interruptions, delays, or failures in platform availability caused by maintenance, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss of data arising from technical failures, cyberattacks, or platform outages.
• Actions taken by third-party game providers, payment processors, or mobile financial service providers.
• Any reliance placed by you on information published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fs77 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any odds, data, or game outcome information displayed.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

fs77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account with immediate effect and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure or funds freeze.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder under the responsible gaming policy.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the payment method used for their most recent deposit, subject to completion of applicable KYC checks.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any outstanding withdrawal will be settled prior to closure.

14 Responsible Gaming

fs77 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling begins to feel like a financial obligation, an escape from personal problems, or a compulsion rather than a choice, it may be a sign that professional support is needed.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players from within their account settings:

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the fs77 platform, shall be subject to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which the platform is operated. The parties agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through contact with the fs77 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration.

Before escalating any complaint to formal dispute resolution, players are required to first submit a written complaint to [email protected] and allow fs77 a minimum of ten (10) business days to investigate and respond. fs77 is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
